the central incisor after smile and bone analysis.Implant dentistry might require a ct scan.Cosmetic Implant Dentist should consider
the aesthetic  before hand!!  A full smile analysis,bite analysis and pertinent record taking is vital!!   that is why a porcelain custom abutment (implant post) was placed on top of the implant (rather than titanium abutment , please note that most implants that go in the bone are titanium implants) , to hide the black line
often showing on the porcelain crowns. Since the porcelain post was placed ,a custom porcelain crown was fabricated to mimic the natural central incisor adjacent to the site requiring IMPLANT RESTORATION.
