Invisaligns use a series of invisible, removable aligners to straighten your teeth. No heavy metal or easily-popped rubber bands are required. You just wear each aligner for roughly two weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush and floss. With each successive aligner, your teeth move closer and closer to their final alignment.
You need only visit your cosmetic dentist once every six weeks to ensure they're progressing as desired. The entire process takes an average of nine to 15 months and generally requires a total of 18 to 30 aligners.
